Terms and conditions for Gurdwara Sahib Kitchen Usage are for private functions.

1. Booking and Reservations

Advance Notice: Requests for using the kitchen must be made through the booking before its use
Usage Fees: A fee of $150 will be charged for using the kitchen to cover cleaning and utility costs.
Booking Confirmation: The kitchen is available only after approval from Gurdwara management.

Vegetarian Only: Only vegetarian food can be prepared in the Gurdwara kitchen. No meat, eggs, or alcohol are allowed in the kitchen area.
Shoes: No shoes are allowed in the kitchen; always cover your head.
Health and Safety: All kitchen users must adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Supervision: The kitchen must be used under the supervision of Gurdwara-approved personnel. The Gurdwara management reserves the right to inspect food preparation areas anytime.
Food Storage: All ingredients and food must be stored according to Gurdwara food safety policies.

Post-Event Cleaning: It is the responsibility of the Program host to ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned after use, including removing all food waste, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning kitchen equipment.
Inspection: A kitchen inspection will be conducted by Gurdwara staff before and after the event to ensure cleanliness and proper usage.

Damage to Property: The program host is responsible for any damage to kitchen equipment or Gurdwara property.
Food Safety: The host is responsible for ensuring all food prepared complies with local health and safety regulations.

Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen is equipped with various appliances and tools. Users must ensure all equipment is used appropriately and must be returned to its original condition.
No Unauthorized Equipment: Only approved kitchen equipment may be used. The Gurdwara management must approve any additional equipment brought by the event organizers.

Kitchen Hours: The kitchen is available only during the hours agreed upon during the booking. Usage outside these hours is subject to prior approval and additional charges.

Strictly Prohibited: The use of alcohol and any illicit substances is strictly prohibited in the kitchen.

Food Handling: Users must adhere to the necessary food handling and sanitation regulations as local laws require.
Safety Procedures: All kitchen users must be familiar with emergency procedures, including fire safety and first aid.
